My story

My journey into design started with a deep curiosity about how technology shapes the way we interact with the world. That passion led me to pursue a Technologist degree in Multimedia at the Instituto Tecnológico de las Américas (ITLA) 🎓, where I built a strong foundation in visual communication and digital design. Wanting to expand my strategic thinking, I went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising with a focus on Creativity and Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) 🎓. To refine my skills further, I completed a User Interface Design Bootcamp at the Interaction Design Foundation 📚, strengthening my ability to create user-centered, visually compelling interfaces.

Before diving into UX, I explored different areas of design and digital strategy. I started my career as a Community Manager 💬, where I developed a deep understanding of digital engagement and brand communication. From there, I transitioned into graphic design 🎨, refining my ability to craft visually striking content. However, my real breakthrough came when I stepped into the role of Ecommerce Manager 🛒—a position that introduced me to the world of UX/UI design. Understanding how users navigate digital platforms, optimizing online experiences, and improving conversion rates made me realize that design was more than just aesthetics; it was about problem-solving and creating seamless interactions.

Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to building intuitive digital products that enhance user experiences. Design isn’t just my profession—it’s my way of thinking 💡.
